Dear Valued Customer –

Over the past few days, we have been working both day and night to implement our disaster recovery plan after the storms. As many of you know, our main office, located in downtown Jackson, TN, was severely affected by the tornado that swept through the area on Sunday, May 7th.

Through hard work, prayers and help from those in the area, we are happy to announce that all services should be back to 100% by May 8th. We have been delivering website hosting, email, DSL and other online services for 48 hours. We are currently turning up dial-up Internet access across west Tennessee.

Local telephone for small businesses and residences was not affected by the storm. Local telephone for larger corporations is currently being restored. Long-distance service has been running for 24 hours.

We are currently working to setup temporary offices to base our customer care from and are looking to rebuild our home office in the near future! We would like to thank the following companies:

Worldspice, located in Memphis, TN, has agreed to allow Aeneas to route customer care calls into their office temporarily. Their staff has provided a tremendous help.

PCHNet in Brownsville, TN has been kind enough to offer its help by working onsite.

BellSouth has promptly offered their help and support in many ways!

Aeneas is happy to serve you and wishes to thank you for your continued patronage! Keep us in your prayers!
